What piercing materials does Gagabody offer?

We offer almost all types of piercing jewelry materials including 14K/18K gold, implant grade titanium, 316L surgical steel and other common types. You can find all kinds of good-looking jewelry to match your fashionable look on our website.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

Anyone who is in the body jewelry industry knows that jewelry containing nickel can cause allergies. We are always concerned about the health of each and every one of our customers and promise that ours will never sell products containing nickel.

Is there a product guarantee?

It is not possible to guarantee that all products are free of the slightest defect, in fact no store can do that. If you receive a flawed or defective product, please contact us for a replacement.

Why has my jewelry lost its luster?

It's inevitable and natural that almost all jewelry will lose its shine over time. 

How do I determine the right size for my piercing?

Different types of perforations have different specifications, here are some standard specifications for different types of perforations:

20ga & 22ga: Nose Hoops, Earrings, and Nose Studs.

18ga: Nose Piercings.

16ga: Helix, Daith, Tragus, Snug, Anti-Tragus, Septum, Conch, Monroe, Flat.

14ga: Nipple Ring, Belly Ring, Tongue Ring, and Industrial.

If you're not sure you can ask your piercer for this information.

FAQ on Order 

Will I receive an order confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, after placing an order our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email. If you don't get the confirmation email means you didn't place the order successfully, check your order payment status. Or the order confirmation email is in your spam folder.

I would like to replace an item in an order I just placed, is that possible?

Yes, as long as the order has not been sent out, you can contact us for a replacement and we will refund the difference in product price or you will need to make up the difference.

Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only cancel unshipped orders, but you can return your order after you receive it according to our return policy, note that you are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

What is the difference between "shipped" and "delivered"?

"Shipped" means that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and once you have received the product, we call it "shipped".

Why hasn't my package shipped yet?

It takes us some time to process each order, usually within 24-72 hours. Note that orders placed on weekends will be postponed to ship on weekdays.

How do I track my package?

You can use the tracking number provided by our carrier to track your order. You can also contact our staff with your order number and we will locate your package. Please note that it will take some time for the carrier system to activate your tracking number.
